Let's work together in order for you to progress and achieve your goals. I work extremely hard to provide the support and tools required so that you are successful in your journey to better fitness and health. In return, I expect that my clients also commit the same level of determination and hard work towards their journey. It makes me happy to see you achieve the results you deserve.

​Now, that you know how I can help you get to your fittest self, here's what you can do for me:

​

  • Stay hydrated - Unless specified otherwise, always come to gym sessions well hydrated and having had something substantial to eat at least 1-2 hours before training.

​

  • Bring a towel & bottle - Always bring a towel and drink bottle to the gym session. Bring all medications that may be needed during training eg. inhalers, insulin etc.

​

  • Consent to content - Before and after photos, and testimonials to be discussed based on individual goals and training packages.

​

  • Show up on time - Punctuality is important, let's not keep other clients waiting. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made.

​

  • Be ready - It’s a busy gym, so be there and ready (set up or be at your machine) to start training right away. Let me know where in the gym you are and I'll make my way to you.

​

  • Cancellation Policy - Try not to cancel with less than a day's notice. There's 24 hour cancellation policy for all session including virtual. If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show, you'll be required to pay full session fee. If a doctors certificate is supplied, we can reschedule your session however, there is a limit of 3 doctors certificates within a 12 month period. If you have Covid symptoms and cancel, you must show proof of your test results within 24 hours of your cancellation notification - please send picture with time stamp so that you don’t forfeit your session.​

  • Hit me up - If you have any questions, want to take it easy or are unsure of your session time, feel free to shoot me a message. If you don't hear back from me over the weekend, I'll do my best to get back to you as soon as I can on working days (Monday to Friday).

​

  • Jot it down - Clients are required to log exercises, including weights used, through the ‘Numbers’ app, so that when we have the PT session, we can get stuck right into it.​

​

  • Track your calories - All clients must download ‘My Net Diary’ app to calorie count.

​

  • Before we push go - Head over to Measure Up on Pitt St for a DEXA scan (It'll set you back $90) before we start working together. The scan measures some important stuff like fat and muscle levels, and bone strength which are all super useful in determining the most effective nutrition and diet plans.

​

  • Calling it quits - You'll need give me one months notice of termination of training. Whatever sessions fall within the months notice will need to be paid. This time will also allow me to appropriately set up your program to help you continue your health and fitness journey on your own.

​
