“Coming to the end of 30 I told myself I'd give it a third & final attempt at this whole gym thing but would need to do it the right way. Enlisting the professional help of my PT Alex had proven to be the best & most beneficial decision made for myself. Not only have I learned the importance of proper dieting but being fully informed on the correct use of gym equipment along with posture and everything else that goes with certain exercises has been vital in my physical growth as I am returning from multiple injuries. Alex has been patient, considerate & caring while never losing that drive to push me to my fullest potential.
